Aubusson, the International City of Tapestry

This exhibition shows the influence of the Aubusson tapestry industry across Europe in the eighteenth century. It places the spotlight on this textile art centre, often erroneously considered a periphery of Paris, and redefines its important contribution to the history of decorative arts.
